SIN_TESIS | Federico Soriano

Here is the book that served as the inspiration for the title of my blog. At this moment I feel a strong connection with this title, since I don't have a thesis yet! But hopefully, after reading this book, my dilemma would magically disappear and the title of my blog will change.

This book is written by the spanish architect Federico Soriano, in which he refers to the concepts in architecture that appear by themselves just by looking at a building. In this book he refers to the necessity of designing, building breaking the boundaries of the following concepts:

sin escala = without scale
sin forma = without shape
sin peso = without weight
sin planta = without floorplan
sin detalle = without detail
sin gesto = without gesture

This is another book I'm planing to read on my way to Japan!
